What do you like most?
A visually modern POS system with a decent core system. Add-ons are generally not fully thought out and are of limited use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately, no automation is possible in conjunction with PMS. Booked package tours with half board must be entered manually in the table reservation module. If the booking is canceled, the associated tables must also be canceled. For room bookings, it is not possible to hide certain account types from the cash register to avoid confusion with open no-show accounts. There is no tip query for room bookings. The staff say that tips have halved since we implemented the cash register system.
