What do you like most?
I think ASA offers everything you currently need to manage room rentals (especially over 15 rooms) in an uncomplicated and extremely professional way. The programme is simple and intuitively designed. From enquiries, reservations, guest registration, checkin & out to invoicing, extra lists, housekeeping lists, financial accounting, report etc., everything is perfectly coordinated .Even in the current uncertain booking situation due to the pandemic, the processing of cancellations, rescheduling, rebooking etc. is easy to manage. The customer support is very good . I would recommend ASA at any time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the programme is constantly improving. If problems arise (which is really rare), you get very good support and they try to find a suitable solution.
