What do you like most?
The system is intuitive to use. The customer service is professional. Both systems can be individually adapted. The connections to various booking platforms and to the PMS work perfectly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Fundamental changes are not necessary. Suggestions are accepted and integrated into updates. In the rarest of cases, there seem to be minor problems between Hotelspider and booking channels, but they definitely don't affect the functionality.
