What do you like most?
BookingWhizz CRM is a great upselling tool. We have used a few of the systems before but none can be compared to this one as far as the conversion rate goes, it's probably due to their integration with WhatsApp which makes it easier to upsell our services.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I do not have anything to add as improvement. We absolutely love the product, should we find anything we will gladly advise as they have a very supportive and always happy to listen and are open to suggestions.
