What do you like most?
Friendly user interface and simple system configuration such as channel mapping and room rate mapping and also creation of new room types and rate plans.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If there is system log provided for each action like rate and inventory sync to each channel will be better because we have encountered the delayed update of inventory and overbooking case. If there is the system log, it will help us to identify the cause easier.
