What do you like most?
What I appreciate most about eviivo is the centralization of management and the significant time savings daily. The automatic synchronization of schedules (Channel Manager) prevents any risk of double booking between my different channels. I especially like the automatic sending of emails for confirmations, arrival or departure instructions: everything is done smoothly and professionally without manual intervention. The PMS interface is intuitive and allows me to fully focus on welcoming guests to my bed and breakfast peacefully.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be very useful to be able to integrate and display the exact age of children during reservations, a feature that is currently missing. This would help better prepare for welcoming families in my bed and breakfast.
