What do you like most?
The system is useful for our normal hotel operation because reservations, guest details and payment information are connected together. It reduces the need to check different places when we are preparing for arrivals. The Calendar also gives the team a simple overview before starting the shift.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have had some difficulty with Pay by Link. Sometimes the guest cannot complete the payment even though the link has been sent. It can create extra work for the front desk because we need to follow up with the guest and find another way to collect the payment.
