The Cloudbeds system support hotel in recording all the guest information. Makes our team work easily on managing all reservations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The application has to improve. The report sometimes downloads slowly. Also, every time I need support, I have to go through the chatbot before I can get in touch with support people.
