What do you like most?
As a small property owner, Little Hotelier makes daily operations much easier. I can manage bookings, rates, and availability in one system without needing technical knowledge. The calendar view is clear and helps prevent overbookings, which is very important for a small team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some functions are quite basic, especially reporting and analytics. It would be helpful to have more flexible settings for pricing and promotions. Customer support is helpful, but response times could sometimes be faster during busy periods.
