What do you like most?
SiteMinder is user-friendly and easy to use. It allows us to manage rates and inventory efficiently across different channels. In addition, the Market Insights feature is very useful for hoteliers like us, as it helps us analyze market trends and demand during different periods.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One small area for improvement is the AI support. Sometimes, the AI does not fully understand my questions or provide the answers I need. In some cases, speaking directly with a support team member would be more helpful, especially when a clearer explanation is required.
