What do you like most?
What we like most is how the system simplifies revenue management and takes much of the guesswork out of pricing. It provides clear, data-driven recommendations, responds quickly to changes in demand and saves our team a considerable amount of time. The system is easy to use, and the support and guidance we have received throughout the implementation have been excellent.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As the system is still relatively new to us, we are continuing to explore its full capabilities. Some additional customisation of reports and dashboards would be helpful. However, the team is very responsive to feedback and supportive whenever we have questions.
