What do you like most?
This tool's versatility and ease of use make it perfect for businesses with multiple apartments, vacation homes, B&Bs, and guesthouses. The support is excellent; I've been using it for a few years now, and Pierfrancesco from technical support is a valuable resource, always attentive and friendly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I'm happy with all the functions, the statistics are reliable, the channel manager too, the PMS is very intuitive and the accounting part is also quite simple, you can connect the fiscal printer and speed up the processes.
