What do you like most?
We have been very happy with Gastfreund so far. The collaboration has been smooth, and the support has been excellent. The team is always easy to reach, responds quickly, and provides helpful and competent answers. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and feel very well supported.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One specific improvement could be to make the navigation within the system even clearer and more intuitive. Especially for features that are not used on a daily basis, it would be helpful to find the relevant settings and options more quickly. Otherwise, everything is very good from our perspective, and we are completely satisfied.
