What do you like most?
Staff, onboarding, pricing. Keegan and Stephen have always been great to Me. Preno allows a lot great options and is reliable. Reports available to view and analyze.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
User experience can be improved. I have used other systems and I have found few drawback from Preno. For example a small one - prepayment booking from booking.com we have each time manually add payment to it. More colours and buttons could be used! I highly recommend Preno to have a look at OYO system. I think a school kid can run OYO OS.
