What do you like most?
We at Rio Vibes Hostel use Amenitiz daily to manage reservations, website, and payments. The platform centralizes channels, automates communications, and reduces overbookings, making operations more efficient. Reports and integrations with OTAs facilitate quick decisions. Simple to set up, it improves direct sales and saves the team time — I recommend it for hostels everywhere now.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I need Amenitiz to include essential tools at no extra cost (e.g., Price Advisor), offer integration with the National Guest Registration Form, and reinstate fast human support — the current AI-based service makes it difficult to resolve problems and has delayed processes that were previously handled via WhatsApp.
