What do you like most?
At our hotels, RevControl has helped us make smarter pricing decisions without spending hours manually adjusting rates. I like how easy the platform is to use and how it provides clear recommendations based on market conditions and demand. Since implementing it, we've been able to optimize our rates more effectively and save a significant amount of time. The support team has also been responsive whenever we've had questions or needed assistance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see even more customization options for reporting and dashboards so we can tailor the data to our specific needs. Additional forecasting features and deeper analytics would also be useful for long-term planning. That said, these are relatively small improvements, and the platform has been a valuable tool for our hotels overall.
