What do you like most?
We were very satisfied with Hotel-Spider. Good, fast customer service, easy setup/handling. Uncomplicated integration with various interfaces. Maintaining prices, minimum stays, and various restrictions was clear and well-structured. Unfortunately, we missed a few features, such as managing children's prices, minimum occupancy settings in room categories where more than two people are paying full price, and the data push sometimes stalled. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied with Hotel-Spider and would highly recommend it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maintaining child rates was very cumbersome for us, as it didn't work on Hotel-Spider, forcing us to wait on several different websites. Some minimum occupancy settings also didn't suit our needs.
