What do you like most?
SmartPricing combines a clean and intuitive dashboard with powerful features like the Pricing Calendar, Strategy Management, Market Analysis, and Chart Analysis. It's very easy to use and offers clear tutorials and webinars for each feature, making getting started quick and easy. Since using it, we've seen an average increase of 10% in occupancy and approximately 30% in revenue, results we would have struggled to achieve with fixed rates. Another very positive aspect is the team's professionalism: despite some issues stemming from our PMS, we received a discount on the monthly fee. Customer support is always available and responsive. Special thanks to Federico for his constant availability.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We know the team is already working on some aspects, but we still think it's worth reiterating them. The integration for managing minimum stays and orphan nights could be further optimized, allowing changes to be made directly from the calendar. This would provide an immediate visual impact when events, holidays, or simply based on the days of the week (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, etc.), ensuring more consistent and strategic management of restrictions. Furthermore, if possible, we would suggest strengthening the telephone support department. We understand that high traffic can sometimes make service less responsive, but the ability to have direct and timely feedback would represent an added value for users.
