What do you like most?
Claud really makes my work much easier. Reports download fast, and sending statements and reminders takes just a few clicks. The whole process is smoother, and the customized reports help a lot with our management needs. Official receipts can also be generated after posting, which keeps everything organized. The e-invoice process is super smooth too — no hassle sending to MyTax. Big thanks to Jeannie Koh for her clear guidelines during migration night. Her support really helped everything run successfully.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Credit Card Handling: Allow sorting of credit card transactions when transfers, or enable downloading credit card transfer transactions to an Excel file for easier reconciliation. Deposit Posting View: Provide a way to view all deposit postings in one place, with clear identification of the payment method (bank transfer or credit card). Arrival Date Control: Currently, when we change the “arrival from” date, the “arrival to” date changes automatically. This creates extra work for us, so it would be helpful to have an option to disable this auto-change.
