What do you like most?
Pre-check-ins in advance offer an advantage and simplicity for staff to receive guest information... There is also the fact that the information is completed by the guest in advance, which helps with internal follow-up.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice to have guest follow-up for future bookings without them needing to re-enter their information.
