What do you like most?
- The ability to set reminders, create timelines, and assign tasks. - The user-friendly configuration and customization options. - The chat support available when issues arise, with both AI and human assistance. - The ability to customize and configure any type of document. - The built-in mailing system seems very useful and well designed. - The ability to add as much detail as needed through notes, document uploads, and other supporting information.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- It is not possible to add a fixed tax amount rather than a percentage-based tax. - It is not possible to post charges including a service charge directly to MEWS; these charges have to be posted manually. - The communication between Event Temple and MEWS is one-way. - It is not possible to make corrections to an invoice once charges have been posted to MEWS. - There is no rooming list management functionality. Overall, Event Temple is a very comprehensive system and works extremely well for event management, whether for small or large events. However, its functionality is more limited when working alongside another PMS, such as MEWS. The integration between the two systems could be significantly improved, particularly when it comes to billing and rooming list management. As a result, we do not use Event Temple for guest room sales. We currently use it exclusively for event management.
