What do you like most?
StayNTouch is a cloud-based property management system with excellent features and outstanding technical support. Our team at the hotel enjoys using SNT, and we appreciate how it helps streamline our daily operations and improve efficiency.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish StayNTouch offered a visual hotel room map, similar to the feature available in OPERA when it was our property management system (PMS). Having a room map would make it easier to view room locations, check room status, and manage room assignments more efficiently.
