What do you like most?
We use it for almost everything. I love how easy it is. It's used for CC fraud security, authorizations, tipping, messaging and respond, texting and SMS as well. It allows us to communicate directly with the guest.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing I love it. The ease of use the quality of the product and the training and roll out were so easy.
