What do you like most?
Managing a smaller, boutique property like Magnus Vos Villa means we all wear many hats. I needed a system that wouldn't take hours to learn, and HotelFriend fits that perfectly. The centralized dashboard is great because I can see all my upcoming arrivals and guest messages from different portals in one window. It has made our guest communication much smoother, especially for coordinating check-in times and special requests before the guests even arrive. It’s reliable and very easy to navigate on a daily basis.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The software gets updated quite often, which is mostly good, but sometimes the menu layout changes slightly. I’d prefer a bit more notice before a UI update so I can quickly brief my small team. However, whenever I’ve reached out with a question about the channel manager or the local tax settings, the support team has been very helpful and quick to resolve things for us.
