What do you like most?
The competent and consistently friendly support in all problem situations and information provided is outstanding. You don't have to wait long for a response. The staff provide practical and efficient information and assistance. We have often recommended Hotel-Spider and are long-standing customers, and will remain so.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing specific comes to mind at the moment. As an existing customer, it would sometimes be nice to receive a brief personal update about new developments in the market, but that's really just a minor detail.
