What do you like most?
O'Rourke provides exceptional service and I would highly recommend them. They are professional, organized, and knowledgeable. Not only did they design a beautiful website for our hotel that is easy for our guests to use, they made the whole design process seamless start to finish. Also, their Digital Marketing knowledge is impressive and up to date. Their monthly reports are thorough and they provide insight both on a macro and detailed level. Our hotel is fairly new, but I can already see they will help drive revenue for us through these channels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I really don't have much to say for them to improve upon. We have had a great experience thus far.
