What do you like most?
We have been using Trybe since January and have been very satisfied with the system. It works well for both our guests and our team. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and it is simple to find the information and answers we need whenever we have questions or encounter challenges. Overall, Trybe has been a valuable tool that helps make our daily work easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like to see more features available on the booking page. The existing features work well, but we believe there is potential to further develop the platform. In particular, we would like guests to be able to purchase products and services directly through the booking page, allowing it to function as an online shop as well. Additionally, it would be beneficial to offer more payment options, such as Vipps, one of the most popular payment methods in Norway. This would make the purchasing process easier and more flexible for guests, while potentially increasing sales and improving the overall customer experience.
