What do you like most?
Jonas is an excellent one stop shop for all my hotel property management needs. The customer and technical service is outstanding and extremely hands on. My sales representatives Jim and Rick are on call 24/7 for my needs and Lori and Tim in tech support are outstanding.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I have not experienced a problem and also have added items. I am looking to add the point-of-sale feature as well as the accounting aspect.
