What do you like most?
It’s horrible every day I regret going with this platform. Customer service is abysmal. They are headquartered out of country. None of their integrations work as promised their chat box is terrible. They have no problem at all hanging you out to dry and leaving you unable to sell rooms when they take the weekend off. You can’t get a hold of anybody with any real authority. On top of that they’ll sell you on integrations that don’t work- strongly caution anyone not to use the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They don’t need to have 10,000 integrations. It would be far better to have a few that actually work than a whole bunch that are filled with holes.
