What do you like most?
It allows me to keep the Hotel information updated and available for the different areas of the hotel, connect my sales channels and its payment gateway is very good. Also, Cloudbeds integrates with my billing system and allows for a much more comprehensive and automated management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to be able to generate and send quotes to my potential clients through Cloudbeds, which can be integrated into the sale if confirmed. Also, as a hotel, it would be great if Cloudbeds integrated a fiscal billing system in Mexico and even better, a self-billing platform so that the client can directly generate the invoice for their stay.
