What do you like most?
Everything. I like the easy to use interface, they are continually upgrading the features offered, and their help desk is quick to respond. This is a great company.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like the ability for guests to cancel a reservation online. The only way to have that feature is to utilize their web hosting service, which I do not wish to do.
