What do you like most?
The ease of connecting to OTAs and the new channels it offers. Also, the easy implementation for migrating from the old PMS to the new PMS.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The most critical issue is that Mexico just implemented a VAT and income tax withholding system for Expedia this year. And it can't be configured automatically.
