What do you like most?
Clock is very easy to use, even for staff with no prior hotel or business background. This is especially helpful for short-term interns, who can quickly learn the system and start helping without much training. The platform also makes it simple to check important information, and overall navigation is very intuitive. Another big advantage is the support team — they respond quickly and are always helpful when we have questions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The main issue is with updates. While the ideas behind updates are usually good, the initial implementation often makes workflows more complicated, adding extra steps and making the system less efficient. Improvements usually come after we provide feedback, but it would be better if user input was considered earlier. For example, the new company layout removed the ability to open pages in new tabs, which makes multitasking more difficult and slows down daily work.
