What do you like most?
The direction of development set thanks to direct contact with hoteliers works brilliantly in practice, Profitroom recognizes and correctly interprets hoteliers expectations, consistently implementing new ideas, implementing new solutions thanks to which the purchase path is shortened and direct sales increase. We should also not forget about tools that actually support marketing and active sales thanks to constant contact with already acquired guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The direction of development and automation is absolutely correct, the only thing that could be improved is remote support work, which would enable much faster resolution of current problems.
