What do you like most?
The support of SnT is really one of a kind. Our Customer Success Manager Uli is dedicated and treats every request or issue as if it were her top priority.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The dashboard especially in my opinion needs more customization options to display factors like rate, booked room type, number of guests in the reservation. The customization of reports also lacks a bit so a user can "self-build" reports.
