Quick and easy searching reservations. Super to have all in one tool. Good to have support in the same tool. It's great that everyone can see the tickets, not just the person who opened them
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Still some problems with reservations, packages, but reported and resolved on an ongoing basis. Quick responds via tickets, phones and emails.
