What do you like most?
- Long time customer of Avvio, and we are consistently seeing innovation across all departments, which has seen an increase both in bookings and revenue - Booking engine converts strongly: integrates well with our Channel Manager, with v few delays - Account Management is impeccable: Catriona is always responsive and provides detailed breakdown of data on a monthly basis. Teams (e.g. digital marketing/ SEO/ Design) are all consulted behind the scenes, giving a cohesive company feel, that is rarely mirrored by those offering similar services - PPC and advertising spend is always observed: money is not spent without results, meaning hotel management can rest easy - Website refresh was a simple process, consulted with on every step of the way, resulting in a modern and user-friendly design, that has again allowed us to grow our direct revenue - Mobile site has made huge developments since we joined Avvio in 2017, particularly with responsiveness - Clear that conscious effort made to stay abreast of new technology, ensuring the guests' path is made simpler and conversion is maximised
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- More options for modification of existing bookings (particularly when just 1 room out of a group needs to change). Other OTAs provide this, so would make sense to match this offering
