What do you like most?
I like most that Bookboost Hotel CRM and email marketing is easy to use, you can use drag and drop, it's visual, and has high conversions (which you can track through the reporting features). And having the guest messaging and Hotel Guest App to communicate and engage all from one platform makes it a complete solution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The channels for the Unified Inbox would be even better with Bookboost releasing a full email which will mean that we don't need any other email platform any longer, that would be very useful.
