What do you like most?
Speed efficiency, clarity and ease of use makes the experience very easy and smooth. The graphs are also good for those that may not like looking at reports.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More options for own reporting formats as the system formats may not be always preferred. Options to run your own reports vs the standard reports the system has.
