What do you like most?
Pegasus has great support with amazing, very responsive account reps that truly care about your business and work with you to find solutions to your issues, no matter how big or small. The Pegasus team is very knowledgeable about their products and even when discussing new product opportunities, you never feel any sales pressure - just well thought-out insights and possible use cases for your company. They willingly solicit and accept feedback to help improve their products, which makes you feel like you are part of the team. Pegasus is a respected technology partner with easy, reliable access to experts when you need it -- from checking on tracking pixels to report formatting and everything in between. All you have to do is ask!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As Pegasus continues to grow, it is apparent that they are experiencing "growing pains" with intermittent server down times, some unscheduled; or when it is scheduled, it is sometimes during inopportune times. Wish the web-based system is more mobile-friendly for on-the-go data checking and changes, and while all your data is available for tabular export and does allow for slicing and dicing as you see fit, the built-in reporting interface could be improved. Would also love a way to easily integrate Pegasus' booking data with other systems and platforms such as email service providers (as there is currently a limitation on their email triggers and updating templates does require HTML knowledge), other analytics platforms, and various marketing tools. Perhaps make an API available for outside resources? While on the subject of integration, there is great value to be had in being able to integrate your other lines of business into the booking flow for upgrades, upsells, and cross-selling opportunities that can easily be executed and reported upon. Many hotels and resorts have a gaming component (casinos and sports books) or also have amenities such as dining, spa, pools, and entertainment. Being able to integrate other business verticals into the booking engine would allow for more revenue potential for everyone. Lastly, it would be great to have visibility into a planned road map for Pegasus and regular meetings to discuss planned improvements.
