Navis was an interesting addition to our independent boutique property. It was a great way to take reservations away from the front desk, but has not been a seamless process.

What do you like most?
The customer service: our client advocate was personable and catered our training and implementation week to our companies needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ease of use: for being a smaller property, there are too many ways to get to where you need to go. If there was a way to hide or get rid of the features that weren't applicable to us, it would be a better program overall.
