Hotel Direct Booster is very easy to use. It increases our business by allowing our guests to contact us very quickly to help them with their buying experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As we can not have a permanent eye on this tool, it will be interesting to have an app that warn us when we receive a guest's request.
