What do you like most?
The service is terrible and the software leaves a lot to be desired. They never answer the chat and if they do you can waste a whole day waiting for answers. Hopefully they respond to the emails within a week. Of course they don't work on weekends or holidays, so if you have problems, be patient because they will take time to assist you. There are basic things like INE reports that don't work. There are other important things that you can't connect to like VRBO or hotels. com. Expedia is also incompatible in most cases. Apart from Google, you cannot connect to metasearch engines such as trivago, tripadvirsor or hotel ads.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is a software under construction, it could improve in all aspects, but above all they need to improve a lot in customer service, it would only be enough to dedicate half the effort they put into marketing
