What do you like most?
Enso's easy of use is its best quality. Having one program to control and monitor locks and messaging is great. We have vacation rentals and a hybrid hotel. The guest app has been a game changer for the hotel and we have cut down on about 60% of phone calls or messages. The dashboard keeps improving with each update. The final thing is customer support. I always get a response and generally with in 4-6 hours of my email.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The lock system can be a little funny when trying to add codes manually for housekeepers, vendors and staff. It works great with the guest automation.
