What do you like most?
I love the ability to have the id verification, agreement signature, the digital key, and the guidebooks right on one place.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love for guests to be able to recognize more that the ensoconnect link that it's sent to them will be their link for the whole stay. Maybe, instead of just being an ensoconnect link, it could be personalized with the name of the property. Make it look more of real. Ex our property's name is Casa Sofia, so something like adding the name to the URL so it looks more professional and somehow guests don't take it for granted.
