What do you like most?
Mews always listen to our feedback and develop the product constantly. This means that we can see changes almost from day to day and our hotels can trust that their feedback is listened to and handled. Also Mews Multi Property is really great for us with a lot of users, rates and products across the hotels. It makes it really manageable instead of having to log into every single hotel for changes.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are still some basics that need to be handled, like pricing options and more flexible reporting. Also the availability blocks needs some more functionality to be efficient in operations.
