What do you like most?
4Suites have allowed us to upgrade our existing Assa Abloy locks, turning them into NFC compatable locks. The back office is run on a browser and is very simple to use, along with the system itself being very efficient. The install was simple, two engineers came to site and carried out the necessary work and the integration with our PMS was easy to do and has worked seamlessly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The install came up against an issue with the locks we had being the version older than they thought, the engineers managed to find a fix and continued the install.
