What do you like most?
The colors are bright and cheery which keeps things interesting I suppose while you're forced to navigate this hot mess.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Design it to run on a browser other than Internet Explorer 2013. Ability to run accounting reports for previous days rather than requiring another program (SAVIE) to do so. Not allowing credit card refunds to the wrong credit card or for more than was charged.
