What do you like most?
Helpful customer service, genuine support and you can tell the techs are not just reading from a script and actually listening to your concerns.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Hilton support integration- some sort of increased communication when Hilton does updates. This is not Dormakabas fault necessarily, but I feel it would fix a lot of issues for Hilton properties and lower call volume for tech support!
