What do you like most?
It is easy and handy. The best part is your team is so corporate and very helpful t's user-friendly and convenient. What stands out the most is how professional and supportive your team is.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Few things are there where you have a scope to improve. I have worked with other softwear which has easy access to change the difference rate between the catgroy . But in rategain difference between the category is slightly complicated we cannot change it on daily basis as its a long process.In my experience with other software, it is much easier to adjust rates and the rate differences between categories. However, in RateGain, the process of modifying the differences between categories is more complex and time-consuming, making it challenging to update them on a daily basis. Streamlining this process would significantly enhance efficiency and flexibility.
